About Our Hotel Vacancies

Our hotels offer a range of exciting opportunities for those looking to start a new career in the hospitality industry.

We operate across Tasmania, employing over 400 people state-wide. Our venues provide a combination of bar, gaming, bistro, accommodation, and entertainment services to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are keen to learn, happy to work as part of a team, take initiative, and bring a great attitude to work. You will need to be comfortable chatting and working with all sorts of people, from locals to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent guest service with a smile
  • Taking customer food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Assist with gaming enquiries, guest service, and payouts
  • Keep our venues clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests
  • Help open and close venues smoothly

Requirements:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • A current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), or the ability to secure one
  • The availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team attitude and collaborative approach to work
  • Experience with TAB and Keno (an advantage)
