Job Description:

A seasoned ServiceNow expert is required to drive innovation in our Sydney project. This opportunity presents a chance to contribute to a well-structured environment, delivering sophisticated enhancements.

  • We seek an experienced developer with proficiency in CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management to join our program product team.
  • This role involves the configuration & customisation of the SNOW platform based on business requirements.
  • A skilled developer with strong hands-on experience will be responsible for building out the ServiceNow platform with CSM, Sales Order Management & SPM.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to take design specifications and translate them into ServiceNow configurations, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Key Skills Include:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
  • Develop advanced ServiceNow configurations using CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management.
  • Work collaboratively with the program product team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Proficiency in CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow template and feature configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
