Territory Sales Manager Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to assume a Territory Sales Manager position in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer retention in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Secure and retain customers to achieve sales, service, and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market
  • Enhance portfolio profitability through effective price and contract management
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers and prospects
  • Establish mutually rewarding relationships with customers
  • Provide technical assistance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal departments and plants to drive results
Skill Requirements
  • Strong selling and business development skills, including negotiation
  • Knowledge of price and contract management
  • Experience growing existing accounts and generating new leads
  • Excellent time management and initiative-taking skills
  • Natural negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license (essential)
