About the RoleThe role involves providing premium care experiences to clients, delivering care following client care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse), meeting safety needs of clients, and completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Client-Centric Care: Provide high-quality care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Collaborate with Care Team: Work closely with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage Safety and Security: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Community nursing experience, preferably in subacute or disability settings.
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
- Capacity to redirect or deescalate behaviors in a calm and professional manner.
