Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in efficient oral and medical emergency triage processes, prioritizing client needs and ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage client records accurately and efficiently, adhering to Cohealth's policies and procedures.
