**Job Overview**
This newly created position will contribute to strengthening governance and compliance arrangements for our training services.
The Quality and Evaluation team plays a critical role in delivering our Quality Management System across Operational Doctrine and Training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to provide expert advice, ensure consistency and standardization of practices, and support a positive, streamlined training experience for our members.
With a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, this role offers the opportunity to shape processes and embed best practice from the ground up.
**Requirements**
You are an organized and proactive professional with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and a meticulous approach to detail.
You bring strong compliance and quality control expertise, with a proven ability to lead activities that maintain accreditation and drive continuous improvement.
Your strengths include clear written communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You have contemporary knowledge of competency-based training practices, advanced administrative skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
