Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality food products in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for ongoing full-time hours with the potential to transition to a permanent role after 6 months.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will work closely with our production team to maintain production standards and ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial mixing equipment in line with production specifications
  • Audit accurately measure and combine ingredients
  • Monitor consistency and quality of products
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work well under pressure. If you have previous experience in food production or manufacturing, you will have an advantage. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

Please note that this is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and manual dexterity. You should be able to lift heavy objects and work at a fast pace.
