Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Educator. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to children.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children, families, and team members. You will also be required to comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.

You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, and support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • An ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • An enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
