About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in delivering rail infrastructure projects. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering complex rail infrastructure projects, including track design, earthworks, drainage, and civil structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Australian rail standards and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that meet project requirements and client specifications.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design calculations, preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Support project management activities, including cost estimation, risk management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer - Rail.
  • Proven experience in rail infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of railway design principles, including track alignment, grading, and civil works.
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian rail standards and engineering codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
