Process Engineer - Northern Territory Opportunity

About us

We are seeking a passionate Process Engineer to join our team in Darwin, Australia. As a key member of our LNG operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the safe, reliable, and optimized performance of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert process engineering support across LNG, Combined Cycle Power Plant, and Utilities systems.
  • Lead the development of process documentation, simulations, and technical studies.
  • Monitor operating integrity envelopes and respond to emergent threats to production and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, HSE, and commercial.
  • Participate in risk assessments, HAZOPs, and technical reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international standards, safety cases, and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge in process engineering, ideally within LNG or downstream operations.
  • Familiarity with process safety, equipment reliability, and technical systems.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing engineering change.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
