Process Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Process Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for holding key responsibilities specific to different Fulfilment Centre areas and supporting daily management of department duties.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and excellent organization skills. They will also understand and deliver clear communication, assist in tracking and reporting labor hours, and participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate labour efficiently
  • Attend flow meetings
  • Communicate with all departments

The Process Assistant will work closely with the team to ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback. They will also be required to fill in as needed with production duties and fully understand workflow and daily production goals.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent diploma
