We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Store Manager in creating an exceptional customer experience and driving business outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Development: Collaborate with the Store Manager to build a culture of development, inspiring and engaging the team to achieve high performance and create future leaders.
- Customer Excellence: Embed customer excellence while growing the business through clear direction and operational excellence.
- Commercial Acumen: Utilize commercial acumen to spot trade opportunities and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
- Scheduling and Wages: Support the Store Manager in managing store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
- Cotton On Group Foundation: Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
