Job Description

The Business Lead is responsible for overseeing key activities that support the Executive Leadership Team. This includes meeting coordination, staff forums, communications, reporting, business continuity planning, culture initiatives, and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly management meetings and quarterly townhalls
  • Internal communications across newsletters, SharePoint, Teams, and executive messaging
  • Business continuity reviews and emergency planning
  • Culture action planning with executive sponsors
  • DD&T business planning, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting
  • Business improvement initiatives and work practice enhancement

Requirements:

  • Vocational or tertiary qualifications
  • Organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and stakeholder management experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
