Job Overview

A Nutrition Specialist plans and implements personalized nutrition care to support patient recovery, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall health.

This role is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing quality dietitian services to patients/clients to meet their health and wellbeing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge, clinical proficiency, ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload across a regional area.
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff and students.
