Our role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled professional to join us in delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring vehicles return to their pre-accident condition.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare and paint vehicles according to specifications, following the manufacturer's process.
- Bulk up and maintain a colour library, ensuring accurate colour matching for each vehicle.
- Identify and report any additional paint work required beyond the quoted amount.
- Coach apprentices when needed, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Trade-qualified Spray Painter with minimum 3 years' experience.
- Strong commitment to working safely, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, meeting strict deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with ownership of necessary tools for the role.
