Auction Coordinator Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Detailed asset cataloguing and photography ensure accurate entry into our system.
  • Manage onsite inspection periods with internal and external stakeholders ensuring efficient operations.
  • Handle sales enquiries providing excellent service and maximizing opportunities.
  • Liaise with vendors and relevant service providers for safe, efficient decommissioning and removal of assets.
  • Implement the Work Health and Safety onsite compliance program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role or technical environment.
  • Exposure to industrial equipment.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently on vendor sites with effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A current forklift license and Australian driver's license.
  • WH&S experience and/or qualifications.
