Join Our Team as a Support Worker

SACARE is a South Australian owned and operated organisation that provides innovative in-home and supported accommodation care solutions to a diverse range of clients. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, while also being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current NDIS Workers Check Clearance
  • A Working With Children Check
  • A current First Aid Certificate + CPR
  • A current Manual Handling Certificate
  • An unrestricted Driver's License
  • NDIS Training Modules

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • A passion and commitment to your role as a Disability Support Worker
  • The ability to empower our clients and encourage independence through a client-centered approach
  • Reliability and adaptability in order to meet the needs of our clients and the changing dynamic of the industry
  • The ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of individuals
  • An understanding of and ability to advocate for our organisation's mantra and core values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
