We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a part-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work with a diverse caseload of patients and contribute to their recovery and rehabilitation.
About the RoleAs a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and interventions to patients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients
- Collaborating with members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Supporting discharge planning and community reintegration initiatives
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least one year's experience as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in sub-acute, rehabilitation, or acute care settings (preferred)
- A commitment to person-centred care
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (if successful)
