We are seeking Support Workers who can make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with mental health needs. Our ideal candidate has experience working with participants who have levels 3 to 4 certification and is passionate about arranging and facilitating activities that enhance emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive, flexible, and responsive support to clients with mental health needs
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic assistance
- Foster connections with the community and support clients in achieving their goals
Requirements:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive approach to the rights of people with disabilities and understanding of the NDIS
- Experience working with mental health participants or patients
- Proficient in computer skills and willing to attend periodical training
