Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and house cleaning.
  • Deliver personalized care aligned with each client's unique Care Plan, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a positive experience for our clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Provide support with transportation needs, helping clients with shopping trips and appointments to empower active community participation.
Requirements:
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance) are essential for this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility in working hours and approach, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of our clients.
  • A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care/Disability, or a related field, is required.
