The Role

We are seeking a Sanitising Specialist to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Neutral Bay Village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitisation throughout the store, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, emptying bins, collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and assisting customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

What You'll Bring

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
