BARBER INDUSTRIES FRANCHISING PTY LTD is a highly respected and easily recognisable brand across Australia, with over 30 barbershops in operation.

We are seeking highly skilled Haircut Specialists who can support and train our franchisee business partners across the country. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding and knowledge of barber skills, with more than 3 years of experience.

The successful applicants will be reporting directly to the Director and owner of the business, and will also display strong leadership skills for effective operation and ability to teach the barber skills to other franchisee owners and staff.

Job Summary:

We require experienced Haircut Specialists to join our team in Sydney's metropolitan area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting services to our clients, while also training new franchise owners and staff on barber skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyles.
• Trim, cut, shape and taper hair using scissors, razors, clippers and combs according to client instructions.
• Shave, trim and shape clients' beards and moustaches.
• Wash and condition clients' hair.
• Provide hair treatments and colouring.
• Clean and sanitise combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments after each use.
• Supervise apprentices and trainees.
• Provide face, scalp and neck massages.
• Train new franchise owners and staff on barber skills.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Hair Dressing.
• Effective communication skills.
• Innovative and creative about hair styles and hair cuttings.

Benefits:
