About the Role:
As a Senior Principal Enterprise Architect (Retail), you will play a key role in supporting client managers across our targeted verticals, including retail. Your expertise will be invaluable in understanding client needs and aspirations, and proposing solutions that address their challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Client Managers: You will work closely with client managers to understand client pain points, ambitions, and industry best practices relevant to retail. This includes sensing market trends, analyzing competition capabilities, and identifying opportunities for NTT Data Inc.
- Develop Account Plans: You will contribute to account planning by providing business and technical insights, highlighting value propositions, and articulating solutions that meet client needs.
- Solutioning and Delivery: As a Senior Principal Enterprise Architect, you will orchestrate technical architects to optimize value-cost solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
- Engage C-Suite and Line of Business Executives: You will conduct workshops with C-suite and line of business executives to understand their vexing issues, investigate approaches for mitigating them, and convert business and technology needs into high-level architecture.
- Deliverables and Results: You will produce high-quality deliverables, including client insights documents, account plans, solution value propositions, facilitated client workshops, multi-domain solutioning documents, opportunity strategies, cost-value optimization reports, and in-contract innovation documentation.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and solve complex problems; demonstrated ability to engage C-suite in clients, strategic partners, and internally; and experience in orchestrating technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.
