KBR is seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of outcomes-based projects and programs in support of our Defence client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control outcome-based delivery projects and programs in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
  • Responsibility for senior contact and communication with the client and relevant stakeholders, focusing on ensuring success of project delivery while balancing KBR commercial objectives.
  • Provide program management and reports to the Account Director.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels, including headquarter elements and other dependent projects.
  • Apply an understanding of the ecosystem into which the program is being delivered to identify and lead change, irrespective of scope, to achieve overall outcomes.
  • Undertake project management strategy and analysis to establish future documentation and plans to support the capability and deliver outcomes to the client.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree qualifications.
  • Exceptional project and program management experience, with a particular focus on outcomes delivery.
  • Project/Contract management or professional consulting experience.
  • Strong client and staff engagement, relationship, and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Defence Industry experience.
  • Current Defence security clearance at NV1 or above.
  • Ability to access ITAR material.
