We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate in our Outsourced Finance & Advisory division.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for process improvement and a good accounting foundation. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, technology-enabled solutions to our clients, assisting them in streamlining their business processes and moving finances to the cloud.

You will work closely with our local and international clients, communicating and dealing with them professionally and courteously. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with your ability to work full-time as a Graduate, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

About the Opportunity

This role is part of our Accounting and Outsourcing Solutions (AOS) division, which provides outstanding services to local and international clients across a diverse range of industries. As a Graduate in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including cloud app ecosystem advisory and implementations, process improvement initiatives, and client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of Management accounts, month-end close processes, and reporting
  • Contribute to cloud app ecosystem advisory and implementations
  • Participate in process improvement projects
  • Communicate and deal with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously
Requirements
  • Completed or about to complete a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting
  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Willingness to undertake/already undertaking CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time as a Graduate
