Lead Network Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Network Security Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure network architecture, deploying and configuring Palo Alto firewalls, and monitoring firewall performance and network traffic.

  • Design and implement secure network architectures for clients.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto firewalls across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Monitor firewall performance and network traffic using tools like Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10 years of experience with Palo Alto firewall setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking, routing protocols, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring, log analysis, and firewall management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:

It would be beneficial if you have experience with:

  • AWS cloud networking, security group management, and integration with Palo Alto solutions.
  • Automation/scripting (Python, Ansible) for firewall management.
  • Familiarity with other security tools (e.g., SIEM, proxy, threat protection solutions).

Please note that relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly valued but not mandatory.
