About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for selling events and related services to clients, managing the entire event process, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

They will be responsible for preparing and adjusting content of event runsheets, inviting and hosting planning meetings, utilizing event management software, and liaising with clients throughout the event process.

The successful candidate will also be required to up-sell additional services, such as events styling & golfing activities, beverage packages and extensions, and partner with third-party suppliers.

They will be expected to maintain professional knowledge, resolve customer complaints, and complete all requests deemed appropriate by management.

Key qualifications include sales skills, communication and customer service skills, event planning and management skills, experience in the hospitality or events industry, and a strong understanding of wedding and event trends.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is able to work well in a team environment.
