Overview

The Test Lead is responsible for the technical direction and quality assurance of test activities across an assigned program.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience or equivalent stream/industry experience.
- Extensive test leadership and strong technical leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Significant experience and expertise in the field of functional and technical testing, including experience developing testing estimates, strategies, plans and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor team members in good testing practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverable.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, technical specialists and management.
- Experience in Cloud Technology, BDD, CI/CD, Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing.
- Experience implementing a quality, client focused service delivery culture in a large sized corporate environment.
- Experience in a superannuation or financial services environment.
