- Negotiate, advise, and litigate on a diverse range of high-profile international, trade, investment, regulatory, and domestic law issues.
- Law degree (or equivalent) from a recognized Australian tertiary education provider, or a degree from an overseas tertiary education provider recognized for admission to practice in Australia.
- Entry in the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia or the roll of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory would be desirable.
