At Gorilla Jobs, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving a better work-life balance. As a paediatric occupational therapist, you will be part of a dynamic team providing holistic care to children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delays.

Our client is a renowned healthcare provider located in Hoppers Crossing. Therapists split their time between in-clinic work and visiting schools and homes. You will have the opportunity to work with children aged 2-12 with no physical disabilities, building individualised care plans and collaborating with other therapists, schools, and families.

The role involves writing reports, client-based work, and participating in team meetings for knowledge exchange and support. You will have access to a generous professional development allowance plus study leave, enabling you to develop your skills and advance your career.

You will be supported by reasonable KPIs and working hours, with supervision provided weekly or fortnightly depending on experience. The emphasis on work-life balance means that generally all appointments are finished by 3 PM, allowing you to wrap up your day and enjoy your personal life.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Driver's license and vehicle
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
