Our clients seek an experienced Operational Leader to be based at a quieter end of the city.

- Excellent salary range, plus super.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Leader to join the team. As the Operational Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations, overseeing all financial and operational aspects, and leading the team towards providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing and managing the daily performance and operations of our centre,
- Coordinating payroll services,
- Maintaining accurate financial records,
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures,
- Ensuring clinical governance processes are in place,
- Leading us in risk management and quality improvement processes.Essential Skills:- Previous experience in a leadership and/or high-level operational position
- Experience in financial management, accounting systems, and reporting processes.
- Experience in payroll systems and legislated employment conditions
- An understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professional organizations, and relevant stakeholders
- The ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
- Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to implement them in the healthcare setting.Desirable Skills:- Previous experience in the use of software solutions
- A detailed understanding of scheduling and billing processes
- An understanding or experience in specialized practice compliance and standardsRequirements:- Training in CPR, undertaken within the past three years.
- A current Police Check
- A current driver's license
