Job Title: Catering and Events Operations Assistant - Casual Hours

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to work in our operations department on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods to and from event spaces as required
  • Prepare event spaces for upcoming events/pack down event spaces post event
  • Clean and maintain event spaces
  • Maintain warehouse and venue par levels
  • Receive deliveries
  • Perform minor administration tasks
  • Lead other members of the operations team in the manager's absence
  • Conduct stocktakes and procurements

Requirements:

  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
