Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring seamless delivery of materials and consumables that support our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement procurement processes from initial enquiry to order completion, including delivery, receipt, and payment.
  • Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) as required.
  • Evaluate commercial offers and facilitate supplier information, inventory management, and record-keeping.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to optimise business contributions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Technical knowledge of procurement and expediting processes, along with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Pronto highly regarded.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work under pressure.
