Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in test management, strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, and proficiency in creating test strategies and plans.

As a Test Manager, you will oversee end-to-end testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage automation tools to drive efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing the overall test strategy and approach for projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify test objectives and success criteria
  • Creating comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for maximum test coverage
  • Designing and executing manual and automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools
  • Driving the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and best practices
  • Coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and retesting of fixes
  • Managing and monitoring test environments, test data, and test infrastructure
  • Reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and test coverage to stakeholders
  • Implementing and maintaining test management tools for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile
  • Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  • Experience in designing and executing manual and automated test scripts
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
  • ISTQB or similar certification in software testing highly regarded
