Product Lifecycle Management Training Specialist

This role focuses on delivering high-quality 3D experience training sessions across multiple sites, including train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for various programs. The successful candidate will analyze lesson framework needs and design in-person and online training solutions, creating short how-to videos to support knowledge retention.
The position also involves conducting courseware continuous improvement tasks, piloting new courses with innovative processes, and working collaboratively with business partners to support testing and development of new technologies.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support to users on 3D experience and related processes, staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product lifecycle management and training delivery, as well as supporting project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing.
About the Role- Experienced user of PLM tools (3D experience or equivalent)
- Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management
- Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training
- Confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and provide clear guidance on technical matters
