About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Australia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of commercial construction projects. This dynamic position is responsible for cost and time control and effective people management.
About the Role
This role is ideal for experienced Project Managers with extensive experience overseeing projects from the initial stage to handover to the client. You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from initial stage to handover
- Ensure cost and time control, and effective people management
- Analyse, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialised packages and Microsoft Office
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma in Building and Construction, Business Management, or Project Management, and a minimum of 3 years in construction project management or similar. You must also possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
