About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin and/or Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing occupational therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Personal effectiveness, harnessing your drive to achieve outcomes by managing your time well.
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.
