WorkFocus Australia - Rehabilitation Consultant Job

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services, helping individuals regain independence and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, vocational evaluations, and return-to-work planning for injured employees.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to facilitate effective outcomes.
  • Develop and implement personalized return-to-work programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.

About You:

  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling and current registration with ASORC (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of workplace rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vocational assessment, transferable skills analysis, and early intervention strategies.
