Wedding Sales & Event Planner

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in crafting extraordinary wedding experiences and driving new and existing business.

  • Sell and plan weddings, collaborating closely with clients to design and execute their perfect day while meeting sales targets.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into receptions, delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Follow up post-event to gather insights and enhance future experiences.
  • Represent the hotel at expos and events to attract and convert new wedding business.

This role also offers exposure to diverse events, including meetings, dinners, celebrations, and seasonal festivities.

Key Requirements:
  • Full-Time (Tuesday - Saturday).
  • Approachable and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Dynamic, vibrant, confident, and professional.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Meetings & Events/Weddings within Australasia, with proven success.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Thinks strategically and tactically, setting goals and meeting performance targets.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional communication skills and high standards of presentation.
  • Flexible, available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
