Bar Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy bar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

The Bar Manager will be responsible for motivating and supervising staff, training new team members, and ensuring smooth operations at all times. This includes overseeing stock control, ordering, and updating beverage menus.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for addressing customer concerns, coordinating table assignments, and maintaining a high standard of guest service. They will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the floor.
