Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Service Delivery Lead.
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Support Workers and Schedulers, managing day-to-day operations and driving growth within our Homecare services.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aged Care or Community Care, with experience in workforce planning and management.
">Key responsibilities will include overseeing the CHSP Program, managing agreements with PHN, and empowering team members to deliver high-quality services.
">Requirements

- Degree level qualification in Aged Care/Community Care/Management/Nursing or Health Services">
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing direct reports">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders">
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems">
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of CHSP, reporting mechanisms, and Aged Care Quality Standards">
- Experience in managing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports">
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and staff">
- Knowledge of Awards (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award) and Employment Legislation">
