As a Commercial Account Executive for Personalisation and Loyalty, you will play a key role in helping businesses unlock the untapped potential of our Marketing Cloud portfolio. This includes Personalisation, Loyalty, and Intelligence solutions that enable customers to connect with their customers in a whole new way.

Your primary focus will be on delivering expert advice and support to help customers achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and establish Salesforce as a trusted partner in the industry.

  • Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Marketing Cloud portfolio, including Personalisation, Loyalty, and Intelligence solutions.

  • Territory Planning: Create and maintain dynamic territory plans to ensure optimal sales coverage and maximize revenue potential.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
