Art Gallery Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving reporting functionality, delivering data-driven insights, and driving membership engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in creating data-driven solutions to recruit and retain members, analysing data, and creating reports to monitor information.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who thinks creatively in developing and delivering data investigations and enjoys exploring opportunities for members or customers.

You will proactively monitor membership and financial data, improving reporting functionality to drive consistent, timely, accurate, and best practice reporting. This role will deliver data-based reporting and insights to assist with effective recruitment, engagement, and retention of AGS members within the AGNSW community.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve reporting functionalityDeliver data-driven insightsDrive membership engagement
  • Focusing on member acquisition and retention targets
  • Event marketing and ticket sales
  • Fundraising and donation drives
  • Other campaigns that contribute to organisational goals, efficiencies, and member satisfaction rates
