Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial systems and data team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and robustness of finance systems, data, and tools to support day-to-day operations, head office needs, and compliance.
  • Support the finance team in developing and enhancing data analytics and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, IBM Planning Analytics, and Alteryx; automate reporting processes; identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management reporting dashboards, data, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial processes using RPA and AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Deliver projects on the finance roadmap, including TM1 cube redesign, ERP system (JDE), and other automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the finance vision through technology, data, and automation perspectives.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and privacy across relevant systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related BI field; finance qualification and/or experience is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems such as JDE or similar.
  • Strong data and insights leadership with the ability to tailor effective solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Experience working with external partners and service providers to maximise value.
  • Experience driving transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborative mindset to build partnerships and achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
  • Self-starting, resourceful, and solution-driven with high impact.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
