Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager to lead our dairy production facilities. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure production is aligned with schedules and manufacturing requirements;
  • Maintain compliance to food safety standards for all products manufactured;
  • Develop and manage direct reports to achieve quality, productivity, and employee performance goals;
  • Promote exceptional customer service by delivering excellent internal and external service;
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in workplace safety, efficiency, and people management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in dairy and/or food manufacturing at a similar level;
  • Previous experience in team supervision, leadership, and development;
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Demonstrated self-motivation;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives;
  • Highly developed organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
