About this role

  • We are looking for a senior product design leader to oversee the end-to-end customer experience across our eCommerce journey.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience directly managing a design team and a strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviors and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, develop, and support a high-performing design team.
  2. Provide clarity, direction, and feedback to ensure milestones are met.
  3. Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders.
  4. Strengthen web and app experiences, making them more intuitive and reducing customer friction.

This is a leadership role where you will guide the design vision, enable great work to happen, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people.
  • Strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviors and best practices.
  • Ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with Product and Engineering.
