Risk Management Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to join our global Conflicts department as a Conflict Resolution Specialist. We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in conflict management and resolution.
- Responsibilities:
- Analysing and evaluating conflict search requests;
- Conducting extensive corporate affiliation and client quality research;
- Applying relevant professional rules of conduct, firm policies, regulations, and risk guidelines;
- Identifying and resolving potential conflict issues and providing a concise and complete summary report for relevant stakeholders;
- Reviewing, drafting and providing advice on client engagement agreements, conflict waivers, external publications and outside counsel guidelines;
As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement effective conflict management strategies. You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating conflict search requests, conducting research, and applying relevant rules and guidelines to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. They will also have a strong understanding of corporate affiliations, contract law, and risk management principles.
