We aim to spread happiness by nurturing the love for pets. Our customer service team provides exceptional support in a fast-paced environment to our Healthy Pets Program members.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering one-touch customer service experiences, explaining membership benefits, managing client disputes, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client complaints in accordance with company values.
  • Managing membership updates, such as banking details and cancellations.
  • Implementing client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction among Healthy Pets Plus members.
  • Recording all communications and actions accurately.

Preferred skills include previous customer service experience, financial acumen, and proficiency in CRM software. A passion for or knowledge of pets, pet health, and wellness is also beneficial.
