About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team at Engineering Networks Pty Ltd, a leading innovator in fluid power and power transmission solutions. As a key player in our QLD operations, you will lead the charge in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region to foster strong relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.
Skills Required
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in Brisbane.
