Job Overview

This senior role oversees the delivery of behaviour support services across multiple states, providing high-level leadership to a large team of practitioners. As an advanced practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical and operational excellence in line with NDIS guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to BSP supervisors, including travel to sites.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the clinical team and work collaboratively to address these gaps.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective service delivery.
About You / Qualifications
  • You hold an advanced qualification in Behaviour Support, as per the NDIS Capability Framework.
  • You have a strong background in tertiary education relevant to Behaviour Support.
  • You possess 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS, with a proven track record of success.
